E3! Fever : Day 1

Ah ! Posting after soo long :)

Back from hell after exams.

hmm...looks like a lot is going on in world.

E3 !!! period....should i say anything about these 2 magical letters ??

Fellas its E3...every gamer's mecca. Starting right off.

MICROSOFT

 

Microsoft started it campaign with its most exciting creation till date. 'Kinect'
Bored of childish and mediocre games ? Not satisfied with gaming experienced ? Well then here is some good news for you.

HALO 4 

Yes you read it correctly. Halo 4 is coming and that too in Kinect (including xbox ofcourse). Others include names like Forza 4 and Call of duty Modern Warfare 3. Its turning out that kinect is going to be more then just for casual games.

Apart from this a glimpse into next Tomb Raider sizzled the stage.

Lara is looking as hot as ever and game itself is looking promising with whole modern world setting and environments are more than just cool.

After another interview by EA Sports boss Peter Moor, Some big games are named such as :
Mass Effect 3

 



With a new feature called Voice recognition in dialogue exchanges will definitely make characters much more lively and exciting.
Ghost Recoon : Future Soldier looks solid. Kinect enabled gun customisation and cloak mode were absolute treat.

Gears of war 3 and Forza 4 were eye pleasers and crowd pullers. Rest of the gaming line was displayed in trailers. List is looooong.Conference was cleverly ended with 1st version of Halo and entire presentation was based on Kinect as if they are relaunching the product. No wonder crowd go gaga over every game revealed in the conference.

Child of Eden presentation was just mesmerizing.

Tons of games are in line for MS this year. However the conference was a little disappointing as it felt more biased towards Kinect rather than Xbox. Expectations for Next Xbox and piracy issues were left unsaid which was dissapointing as compared to Sony and Nintendo.
